How do you remove the ashtray 2002 Ford F350?
 

This likely seems like a simple issue, but is there a trick to removing the combination ashtray / cupholder on a 2002 Superduty? I took the two bolts out but couldn't pull it out, and I'm wondering if there's a trick to removing it? Maybe some clip I can't see?

Mine's gotten pretty dirty over the years, and I'd like to remove it for a thorough cleaning.

I think if you remove the trash hook, there are 2 more bolts you can access by reaching through the space created.
