Moving back to Grande Prairie

...heading out to beaverlodge actually. Is there anyone here around there?

seventyseven250 11-24-2007 03:13 PM

I travel out that way for work every month or so, but I live in Calgary.
I always try to stop in at the Valhalla general store (and museum) for a soup and sandwich lunch.

I'm in Wembley actually and work for EnCana Oil & Gas. Travel alot of country from Dawson Creek to Spirit River. Mostly in Dawson Creek area and south towards Tumbler Ridge.

See my signature and gallery for what I currently drive and my current project.

Keep your chin up pud. You won't even notice until you pop the hood or look at the inscription I plan on having painted on the tail gate.}>

Hey, I live in G.P. been here abou 20 years. It finally starting to feel like a city.

Kusto 04-06-2008 02:04 PM

Every time you blink a new building pops up. I been here 14 years, and it seems that with the growth we have lost our small town attitude for sales and service where every customer was important. Now its like "who cares there are 20 other people behind you that want the same thing". I do what business I can in the small surrounding communities and as far away as Dawson Creek and Valley View just because of it.
