Members of FTE have been concerned over the past few months on the health and welfare of the Delaware Chapter.

In fact at one point heads were bowed and prayers were said.


HEAR YE, HEAR ME,

THE LATE GREAT DELAWARE CHAPTER HAS AROSE FROM THE ASHES TO CLAIM IT'S RIGHTFUL TITLE OF THE

FIRST STATE OF OUR GREAT UNION.
