Supercharger instalation

Hay all i just got a 2003 f150 king ranch with the 5.4 in her. I found a supercharger off a Harley edition on crieags list and it seams to have all the parts. What would be intailed in instaling it in my truck. would i need any other additions? a new wiering harness for the added sensors or any thing. or it is just a plug and play bolt on?? any help would be awasom because i'm totaly stumpes.

You need LOTS!

After you have bought an OE Supercharger, Manifold, Intercooler, etc complete with injectors and engine wiring harness, you will need most of the items listed below.

INSTALLATION PARTS LIST

  • Bracket with idlers and special bolts
  • Tensioner Assembly
  • Lightning Alternator
  • Alternator Stabilizer Bracket
  • Intercooler Pump with Bracket and Pigtail
  • Intercooler Reservoir with Cap
  • IAC Tube
  • Throttle Cable
  • Throttle Cable Bracket
  • Cruise Control Cable
  • IAT Sensor (fits in air cleaner)
  • Lightning Water Pump (or suitable substitute)
  • PCV Tube (left hand side)
  • TB to MAF Rubber Connector with clamps
  • 90mm MAF
  • Intake Gasket Set
  • In-Tank Fuel Pump
  • Upper Radiator Hose
  • Upper Two Intercooler Hoses
  • Original Equipment Installation Bolts
  • Drive Pulley with Belt (Boost level of your choice)
Plus, you'll need to have a custom tuned flasher (like Diablosport or SCT) or a chip to make it all work.

And for an application like this, you'll need time on the dyno to get the tune right.
