update been a while

Hey guys its been a while. Had to go without internet most of the summer to cut down on bills.

Well heres the update. my 64 f-100 stepside truck now runs and moves uder its own power. Finally got the right clutch tracked down and put in.
I'm still lookin for some parts that i wont have to sell one of my kidneys to buy.

I'm still needin a bottom valence and I'd like a crome grille. Need different steps for the bed. I'd like to find a hole bed reasonably priced. THere is quite a lot of bond on one of the bed fenders that is cracked. How do I go about removing the old bondo and puttin in new?

I'm also needing a steering colum that is a 3 speed. someone put a floor shifter in my truck and i dont like it. For one reason its cheap and they just cut a big hole in the floor. I'd like to put her back on the collum.,

Well I just wanted to give you all a update.
Talk to ya later

ditto on the floor shifter looking cheap, i hate it when people take the easy way out and just cut a hole in the floor.

there is a salvage yard in judsonia that i'm pretty sure would have a 3spd column. me and a couple of other members have been trying to get our heads together to get up there..

do you happen to know the name of the junkyard? I went to a juckyard between Bradford and Newport and they had lots of trucks but no steering collums.

I dont even know how to pull one. Had one guy tell me that I could just unhook everything that is in the engine compartment and then unscrew the plates that are in the floorboard around the collum and pull the hole thing out without haveing to remove the sterring wheel. Can this be done?

THanks
Matt
