will this work on a 5.4 F250
 

Its a summit exhaust for a diesel Part # sum-680002, If it does I will be replacing the muffler with a flowmaster deltaforce. Minor mods not a problem, Truck has a CAI only. will it lose low end? am i better off just with the muffler? what size is the stock pipe? Is a 3in exhaust system better? truck will not pull anything, daily driver, just need more grunt :).

You need torque to move the truck and putting a diesel exhaust on it is not the answer. Is your current exhaust stock? What are your gears? The F250 is a heavy truck and getting it to move takes torque.

the exhaust is stock, maybe ill just put a flowmaster only.
