Mobile Ease & Bluetooth

All

As I am looking for a Bluetooth solution for th 07 Expedition I wondered if anyone had used Fords Mobile-Ease. I am looking at a Parrot solution currently but would like to know what people think of Fords solution and the price for this

Thanks

Very much dislike the Ford unit.

I installed a Parrot CK3100LCD and love it. The Mobilease is nothing more than an of and on button. No display at all. Very basic bluetooth device compared to the wizardry of the Parrot.

I installed a Mobile-Ease in a Super Duty today and it seemed to work well. It was very easy to install, not cutting, splicing or anything. It all plugged in.
I don't know much about Bluetooth devices though so I have no idea if there is anything better out there or not ;)

I also have the Parrot CK3100 in my '07. I just bought the harness for it so no cutting of wires in case I want to remove it later. Definately cheaper as well. I have about $180 in mine and that includes the Parrot and harness. Works great!! And the LCD is nice so you can see who is calling. Not sure if the Mobilease has that or not.

The Mobileease is just a motorola 8880 or some model like that. I haven't tried the Parrots, but based on Parrot having a display etc I may be more inclined to move to them next time I get something installed.

The bigger problem is finding a good spot to put the phone with a holder. A lot of interference when you're on a call at least with GSM phones near the center of the front seat area.
