Project Lift the truck way up is COMPLETE!

Stock... great for pavement.

Lifted on stockers...

This was because I didn't spend the $100 on lug nuts yet. The ride quality of the lift was far better than stock. You wouldn't believe it.

Then I got my lugs...

Way better. As it sits I got 10" in the front, and 8.5" in the rear from the 8" BDS all spring lift. Then I went from a 32" tire to a 37" tire...

Lift: 8" BDS all spring. $2050 installed. 1 yr labor, lifetime parts. Thank you Alden Automotive (Jeremy). Also got the lugs for $100 from these guys. Great prices for you local guys. Feel free to drop my name.
Wheels: 17x9 ProComp Rockcrawlers. $352. Thank you United Offroad (Matt).
Tires: 37x12.5x17 Super Swamper Radials. $750 (slightly used). Thank you Wolfgang .
Mounting + Balancing of these beasts = $40 Hands On Auto (Mark)... Thanks Guys!

with 12oz of lead... lol

I aired them up to about 45psi, and they feel fine, no problems. @ 25psi I had shaking and stuff... but that is all gone now.

Yeah that sounds about right. Interco tires always seem to need a lot of weight and playing with air pressure especially for on road use. Off road who cares??? ;) Just throw them on the wheels and put about 10 psi in them and go!! :-D

Got a little binding in the front shaft, so I'm going to look for a grease fitting on the u-joints hopefully... otherwise I'm going to look for another remedy.

It binds when I lock the hubs... and also when I put it in 4HI. I climbed a little hill in 4LO but I think I was going so slow, it didn't bind. Normal for this much lift?
