Actually a White Elephant gift is something you already have in your house that you don't want, BUT that doesn't include used panties!! You don't buy a White Elephant gift.

The Santa Theif game is where everybody brings one gift. Then we draw numbers to see who goes first. The first guy picks a gift and opens it. Then the second guy has the choice of picking another gift to open or stealing the first guys. If he steals the first guys, the first guy has to then go open another gift. Then it's on to the third guy and so on. It can be a long game if you don't put some limiting rules on it. But, it can be really fun too!
