Yeah I had to drag my self away from my '55 (started the body work this past week)to go to some terrible Engineering classes at ISU. I'll be back at it on Thursday eve. again in NE Iowa sanding the damn dents out ( I hauled it home to have my dad give me his "experience" and advice).

we started school Monday for two hours, first full day was Tuesday. I've got a 2nd grader and a 5th grader. They are not too excited over it.

(Oh, Rushville, IL (Schuyler-Industry Unit #5 Schol Disctict)

3 days down, 2 to go for the week... might be able to pull this off...

fiftyfourdf100 08-23-2006 09:12 PM

3 down...2 more to go..but i only have my Psych, Bus. Admin, English, and Econ classes left this week..not too bad i dont think. then put up with another week...and i'll be home for 3 days thanks to labor day..

fellro86 08-24-2006 07:02 AM

I start out with college algebra, then have a 2 hour break, then speech (blow off...) Contemporary World History, (45- present) and then Chemistry. Tuesdays are just algebra, then thursdays are algebra and Chem lab...

fiftyfourdf100 08-24-2006 02:13 PM

great fellro...now we have to worry about you blowing yourself up...really doesn't matter if you blow the U up...i dont think anybody will care..lol..just kiddin. I'm going to have to send my brother down to the chem lab to make sure you don't make a bomb or something.

fellro86 08-24-2006 05:05 PM

not going to be going that in depth.. May have to try and test out some ideas on North English though... }>

fiftyfourdf100 08-24-2006 05:57 PM

go for it..i'm in ames..my truck isn't in town either..its in a special hiding place cuz i had a break in at my shop a while back..so i hid my truck. if you try any ideas...take out the east side of town...it needs it..lol.

fellro86 08-24-2006 06:02 PM

thinking maybe right at the intersection of main and the road coming in from the east...

Had a nice little propane explosion up near Marengo a few weeks ago, leveled the house...

fiftyfourdf100 08-24-2006 08:10 PM

yea..i heard about that...it looked pretty cool from the road(all the wreckage) and the guy was relatively unhurt. just stay away from our house cuz my parents would kill me..and my truck is in hiding still..as far as i know...

fellro86 08-24-2006 08:38 PM

That guy is just down the road from my parent's place. Sad thing is, he was complaining to the gas company about the smell of a leak. Hit the light switch, and BOOM! I've seen enough damage from propane leaks... blew up a school out in South Dakota, the principal and the maintenance guy were checking out the smell, principal hit the switch, maintenance guy hit the deck... principal didn't make it.
Another case, the town of Volga had a close call, one storage tank had a pipeline to Land O Lakes dairy processors, had a propane smell in their loading docks, investigated and found the pipe from the tank had ruptured. Town was evacuated for over a week, had to drive 20 miles out of my way to get to work.. if that one had gone, the town would have been leveled, and Brookings would have suffered from the shock wave..
