have you talked to anybody at a machine shop, that will probably be your only option. frankly Cliff new wheels will probably be cheaper! I took some pic Iwill load them on later this evening.

Thanks Ashley I wonder how much difference there is in the lug pattern.

on the trucks like mine with the 5X5.5 lugs, the difference from that to the metric isnt much at all. really just enough to prevent the wheels from interchanging.

:-huh its only a few mm but in this case it might as well be a foot. you might can find someone who could enlongate the holes but I don't if I would trust that on a truck. there are companies that make universal wheels that have enlongated holes with special lugs, that concept may work. the only problem is being they're 8 lug wheels there's not a whole lot of metal between the holes to work with,then it become a structure integrity issue

Check with a few of the racing products places. They usually carry adapters for this. Check out Stock Car Products, Midwest Motorsports, Day Motorsports, etc. Day typically has decent prices on their parts and you can get 2-3 day shipping for a reasonable rate. They did real well for me when I was looking for parts to rebuild the late model.

yeah but are wheel adapters safe and all the ones I seen cost more than a nice set of wheels

I know my cousin used a set on the rear end of his late model for most of a season. He had a wreck with 3-4 weeks left in the season, and bent the rear end all ou of shape. I don't remember the adapters having much more than a few scratches from the left rear wheel being ripped off, but I can check with him to see.

I was offered a set of 2000 F250 SD wheels with new tires on the wheels for a good price I was hoping to find a way to put them on my truck.But it doesn't look possible bad part about it those are the style wheels I like for my truck.:-banghead

hey cliff , dont let a drill near them , i just took my perty 95 f150 rims off the 85 because of wallowing the wholles out. i was told to by a spacer and weld it to the back and that would fix it . but i dont want to mess with the wheels to much for safety .

Hey Mike I can't even find spacers at a reasonable price they cost more than alot of new wheels.
