how do you resize picture for avatars, I have resized them and it still said picture was to large! Help anyone

i hope it's ok for the referal, mil1on is the expert for that. he did mine, i thank him alot for that.

I resize mine by using irfanview

no picture is still on my conputer! help would be nice, thanks

I just up dated my gallery with a couple of picture that I was trying to resize #11 or #12 not sure which one I will use! Can you copy picture from there? Thanks
