Hey All...esp Nashville

How did you guys and gals fair with the storms. I heard Tenn... especially the Nashville area got hit pretty hard. Up here there was conditions preferable for a tornado but not a one was confirmed. My house got hit about three different times with hail. ABout 5-15 each time.

Inlaws family inHendersonville had a tornado go across their farm, places near by them were destroyed, but they made it. We just had hail here in the Boro this yeah, no tornado this time, no damage, but had me worried about the sunroof in the wifes Bronco II. This year has had some bad weather, and it's just the beginning.

I had golf ball size hail & lots of wind & storms here. It came through in waves all day & night Friday. I got lucky & had no damage.

Never saw much hail, but if the wind don't leave my dang shingles alone I could might be persuaded to re-roof the house in terra cotta - if not SLATE!!!

*Grumbles about the shingle pieces in the yard*

Dads house was losing shingles to wind less than 5 years old, over 10 years later he got off his ass and contacted the shingle manufacture, like I suggested, bad shingles, never locked down, they gave him a check for an entire lot to cover the house. He spent years climbing up and replacing them, pretty stupid thing to do on a house you had built that nothing has gone right. He contacted his ins company and filed a claim, they sent a check to cover it, so both checks, he paid to get it done, stingy was hard to explain not to do it hisself.
No damage I can see, thank god, Nashville took it hard though, there is a lot of damage, it crossed I-65, cars were trapped in traffic during the whole thing.

Last I heard almost 60 have died in the last 5 days. :(

We've been lucky here at home, because they keep just missing us.

We had quarter sized hail in Bartlett on Sunday, but no real damage. On Friday it was maybe marble sized, but only for a few minutes. No biggie. However, Dyer and Gibson counties got beat up pretty badly.

No damage to the rental place in Hermitage or my new house in La Vergne. Had some hail in Hermitage, but that's it. Just sat and watched the radar returns for a few hours to make sure things were ok.

Had a few co-workers fly through some of that weather that night. I thin about 10 of our aircraft throughout the Eastern half of the US got hit by lightning that night.
