UK Lightning owner needs help

Hope you all can help me, I own a 01 Lightning and need to change the oil, I have had f350 diesels in the past and could get anything I wanted as far as service bit were concerned. Anyway back to the point, getting hold of 5w 20 oil in the Uk is like trying to find hens teeth, is there an alternative, such as 5w 30 or 0w 20 because I can get these. Dont get me wrong I can get the oil I need but have to bring it across from you guys and it works out realy expensive Aroung $200 just for oil and it has to be shipped not air transported.

I hope there are alternatives.

Thanks Guys.

You can`t get much better than Mobil 1. I woukd think the thinner grade would your job. Or perhaps Lucas synthetic. Both are available in the UK.

Thanks Lazy K, much appreciated. It gets a bit difficult trying to keep an American car in the UK, but with help from guys like you it makes it all worth while.

Thanks again.
