Looks like a Pull-n-Save weekend

Anyone else plan on going?

The Mrs. went shoppin last weekend and a YEEP Cherokee followed her home. Oh well! Just a good excuse to go play.

Looks like a good day to buy axles. There are stll some 4x4s left, rears going fast.

There is a late '60s early '70s FT sitting up front for the FE fans. Still has the oil pan, no idea what the displacement is. No instrument cluster http://images.ford-trucks.com/forums...lies/frown.gif. If it was there, it would be mine already.

There are also a few 4x4s with rear sump pans, gettem while you can.

Oh well, there are a couple YEEP axles calling my name, CIAO!

Any '92-'96 full-size F-series trucks or Broncos over there? I need a passenger side vent window. THANKS!

I don't recall seeing any, wasn't exactly looking. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
It's hit or miss there. When you see something you want, buy it quick.

That's a cool junkyard! Spudco took me there one rainy day, I picked up some parts for Tux, very cool.

Colorado down on Santa Fe and Radcliff is a good one too.

I used to stop on the way home from work. Some days I felt like a bandit, other days I was BOO-HOOin whatever I couldn't bring home. http://images.ford-trucks.com/forums.../corkysm55.gif

How is Spudco? Haven't seen him post lately.

They have a web site? We moved up from Aurora 2 years ago and I still haven't looked in this area for yards.

Spuds good. I don't think he posts as much as he reads on FTE. He's coming down here to help/watch pull swap some FE's in my neighbors truck this or next weekend.

This or next weekend hmmm... That's timing! http://images.ford-trucks.com/forums...lies/frown.gif
Lab work for one of my classes next Saturday AM: I'll have a life soon enough. Saw an ad for YEEP wheels in the Springs, been looking for some other excuse to justify the trip. LOL

BTW, Tuesday is our 8th Wedding Anniversary. We hope to continue the trend.

Well it's hard to plan out everything until the last day lately. We're so busy. I got the old engine out yesterday, so looks like this Saturday he's gonna come down for the install.

Congrats on 8 years. 8 years and you still are able to have toys, how cool. ;)

Come on down!

Don't know if Colorada has a web site. Just take the Santa Fe frontage road s to Radcliffe, Sviegels is there on the corner. Go west on Radcliffe and you'll see Colorado about a 1/4 mile down on the n side.

Spud's around!

Hi,

Just popping my head up to let you know I am still around!

I haven't been on FTE much lately. I have all the crucial projects done on JT (the 69 F250) and now moving on to the "wouldn't it be nice" projects on the truck.

As Ceet says, I'll been down to his place to "help" him do an FE install. I wonder if he knows that when I say "help" I mean stand around telling jokes, drinking pop and eating pizza!? And when something goes wrong with the install I say "Well I was gonna say!"

Here's the website to CAS. I get down there about once a week. Good yard, watch the mud! Like most yards, when you're lucky, you can walk out with great stuff at dirt cheap prices. Other times they've not had a single old Ford or wanted way too much for a part. Guess that's half of the fun, though. http://www.coloradoautoandparts.com/
