429 PI Heads or Ported DOVE Heads?

I have the fortunate problem that I now have choose between a set of stock D2OE-AB PI heads and a set of worked DOVE-A heads.

The DOVE heads are heavily ported and polished on the exhaust side, with bowl work on intake and exhaust, chambers poslished, and hardned seats for the exhaust, with big CJ valves, spings, and retainers, set up for adjustable rockers with guide plates, and have the intake side flared to meet the CJ/SCJ intake size. These were the heads that I planned to use until the PIs fell into my lap.

The question I have is which set should I use?

My application is a 1986 F250 4x4 extended cab. I have a set of F2404 forged pistons and a DOVE-A Block. I've decked the block to give 10:1 using the DOVE heads.

Well supposedly (and I say supposedly since I have never had them on a flow bench myself so it's second hand info) the PI heads can be made to flow better than the DOVE heads but you will have to port them to make them work better, so the question is do you want to spend the money to get them worked up to the point that the DOVE heads you have now are aleady?
The other thing is the PI heads have a slightly bigger combustion chamber approx 88cc so it will drop your compression ratio to around 9:1 just using published data on the DOVE heads and comparing the drop in compression basically getting the DOVE to 10:1 then changing the combustion chamber volume to 88.
