Tire Rub
 

I have been doing some searches on the cleanest way to handle tire run on the inner fender liner. I just installed some nice Nitto Terra Grapplers 325x65x18 on Weld Velocity 18x10 rims. The tires rub on the back of the inner fender while turning. I do have a 2 1/2 lift in the front, and cant really afford to now go 4 inch or more lift for the tires to clear. My truck is 04 and I don't think there is any rub on the front spring pack. I did shim the front bumper out 3/4 inch.

I didn't have any rubbing problems with 35x12.50x18 BFG Mud Terrains. But the Nitto is a larger tire.

Has anyone ever done this and can offer some suggestions?

use a heat gun and mold it back then if need be drill a couple of holes and zip tie it back a little more.
