Electric repair

Does anyone know of a good place to take my '72 F250 for some electrical troubleshooting??? I live on the east side. Do not want to get taken to cleaners, only have so much money to spend. They need to be knowledgable about these things.

I posted a problem in the '69-'72 owners forum. My accessories (anything requiring the ignition to be on)no longer work (this includes my aftermarket, dealer installed AC). I have no radio, no cruise, no AC. I have checked all my fuses. I replaced my ignition switch, didn't fix it. I used a circuit tester on the fuse panel and the circuit that runs the accessories doesn't light up. I guess I have a short somewhere. It is too hot to work on it now. I am still driving it, but it really sucks.

It went out two or three weeks ago, then it mysteriously started working again, it worked for a week, now its out again.

Thanks

I notice that your post is from last June. If you have not gotten the work done elseware, you can try the place below for your repairs.
I took my '85 F150 to them to repair a short, and they did a good job. They are on Chandler Boulevard about 1/2 mile east of McQueen Road.
