ACCESS Update/Tipton County: Cotton Fields by Johns Boat Dock CLOSED OFF
 

This affects mostly the stretch of riverbank between JBD and Ballard Slough.

Evidently the farmers who own the land got tired of people running off into their fields and tearing things up. There are reportedly barriers across the dirt road out to the fishing spots now to prevent access to them. Its bound to be good for business at the boat dock, but is not so good for those who used to go out and park along the bank to fish.

Just another example of the few fouling things up for the many...
