Hi Cal and welcome to FTE. There are a lot of things that could cause the truck to not start after being half drowned. I guess, you should go to the proper F150 forum and describe the issue a little more thoroughly... how deep was the water...was it over the engine.... what year truck and type of ignition do you have? etc. I'm sure it's something pretty simple, unless you sucked water into the top end and filled a cyllender. In which case, you can pull the plugs out and crank the engine BY HAND to push the water out. Too many things possible and not enough information.
