Help with 99 Explorer cuts out while driving
 

I have a 99 explorer, it has started cutting out while I am going down the road, it is acting like it is choking, have checked the plug wires but it is still doing this. does anyone have any suggestions of what I should check next, there is a new fuel filter on it, the spark plugs are only about 1 year old.
