Just checking on everyone.
Holy cow! Talk about snow! I dont know about the rest of the Maritimes, but in Fredericton we must have had well over a foot. I just wanted to post and make sure that everyone is safe and sound with the icy roads, and dangerous drivers out there.
Man I should have had Rocky Road overnight those Warn Premiums to me.... -Matt |
Yeah, that storm was pretty wild. Still going I see. (looking out window) Time to fire up the snowblower...

I got home just as the storm was starting and I haven't gone back out since... but I will be today. wish my truck was 4x4 right about... NOW

Snoblowers are useless to me. Too slow and they're not powerful enough. I've een thinking about doing a Monster Garage and building a nice blower(for snow) onto the front of my truck. Nice big 7-8 footer with a honda or VW diesel to power the impeller and auger. Easy to move the snow then. Or maybe go a step further and run the blower off the crank, PTO style.

I`m with 97ford281 on that. snow blowers are much to slow. a shovel is much better.NOT!!! tractor is what you need ( which also is a ford 1942)and if that wont due do it my neghibor has a big ol`4x4 tractor.Thats also a good idea about the monster gagrage thing we should all get togetger and do something like that?

If Jesse James can put a jet engine in a Nissan I believe it was, then there's little problem with a snowblower on a truck.
Plus I've already seen it done |
