Car Show, Sunday Aug.29, Lockport,IL
 

The Lockport car show is this Sunday,Aug.29 from 7:30 to 3:00. The location is on RT.6 (159th st) at the Moose Picnic area. This is a nice location for a car show-parking on grass and lots of trees. This show is a really good one because EVERYONE gets a trophy! They also give out goody bags with car cleaning stuff,etc. They should definetly have around 300 cars. If you want to show your truck, you have to get there early (before 8:30 AM), because it fills up fast. I made the mistake of getting there at a little after 9 AM last year, and they wouldn't let me in because the lot was already full. Weather permitting, I'm planning on showing my 78 F150 Ranger Lariat.
