Avatar will not upload from PC
 

.jpg image that is small enough will not upload - any suggestions? :-huh

convert it to a gif...
plus there are a whole bunch of threads about this in the user feedback forum :)

what program are you using? look for a save as option...

Well, I found a program that would save it as a GIF, but the upload still doesn't go...Will keep tryin'. :-X09

"There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully."

This is the message I get - 60 x 55 pixel GIF file, 4 kb size. :'(
