I'm in Kandahar and I'll be back early summer. I hit the join link and it said I was already a member. I did tile and general construction for 12 years. Now I have gone back into EMS and cover Craig County on the ambulance. I think I joined when I was rebuilding my 73 F250 Camper Special (traded it for a boat, yep I'm a dumba$$). Plan on a 92-95 Bronco when I get back. Pics from the last gtg looked like a blast. Maybe I can make one next year.

My brother-in-law is also in Kandahar. Maybe you know him? Randal Shanta is his name.

The third thread down in the OK forum is one on how to join. But, for you:
To join the OK chapter click the "Join Chapter" links on the top of this page or, you can join through your UserCP.(User Control Panel)

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/usercp.php

On the left hand side of your UserCP, you will see GROUP MEMBERSHIPS. Click on this and then find the chapter you want to join.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/<...editusergroups

When you have clicked on the "Join Chapter" next to your state, and scroll down the page to where there is a Join Chapter button to click.

Your request will be completed once your chapter leader accepts your request.

__________________
But, as the chapter leader I ask each person that requests to join to start a thread and post about themselves. That weeds out those who are just browsing from those who really want to join. I look forward to seeing your thread! ;)

went to the recycle yard friday still got a few 80s fords i am going back friday with more time and tools

How about watching for a few things for me? One is the kind of trim that's on Dad's truck. It is the type that fits right on the wheel well opening and is at the bottom of the body crease. I'm getting the wheel well trim from Truckertrav, but wouldn't mind having more. And, the side trim would be helpful as well - it is the type that runs at the bottom of the crease and has a rubber insert.

Also, I need a good tail gate trim panel like the one shown in this picture:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/p...ictureid=87585

And, pushing my luck, a chrome grill from an 80 or 81 truck, meaning without the Ford logo in the center. The one shown here on Dad's truck is the style, meaning w/o the logo, but this one isn't the fancy one with chrome on it.

Thanks for looking!
