Hello all, I am new to the site as well as Ford trucks. I recently bought a 83 F250HD that has the 460/C6/D60 combo. Plan in the near future to replace the rusty cab corners, and the surface rust in the pass rear wheel house area. Also plan on replacing the intake with a edelbrock performer and puting true 2.5" duals on it to replace the cheesy twin outlet muffler it has on it right now.

65 ford p/u build up
 

starting a 65 build up, at age 61 I need all the help and advice I can get.. I have a good platform to start with, all steel and solid stepside,351W and C6,have rebuild the dash with A/M gages working on the interior now, but need some block hugger headers and some info on lowering the whole truck...any wise men out there.....

anybody out there

MARTINT, south of you,outside Antlers,I've had my 65 stepside forever, it's been stock hot rodded and now a little of both, now that I've retired I want to do more and use it to stay busy and take it to a few shows&go's around the area....tbritt

Similer to my plan although mine is going to at some point be my daily driver. There are a few small shows up in this area so I'll probably see you somewhere down the line. Mine wont be show ready for a couple of years tho.hopefully someday tho Martin
