OK I Give Up-whats wrong with Year section?

OK I Give Up-whats wrong with Year section? I was updating my Gallery with some new pictures. And now there is no Year associated with it, and the toggle/pull down is empty and odd size. From looks other others in Gallery mine isn't only one. Any feed abck would be appreciated. Thanks,
