You want to know how many miles?
My 2000 Ranger has 136,561. I have only had the pleasure to put the last 7,000 on it. Got a great truck I thought until now. I think it is going to nickle and dime me to death now.

2013 6.7 bought new.
Just turned 2146810 miles. Pull from South Dakota to Arizona back to Idaho and northern Montana monthly. I have been running Schaffers 5w40 oil with ford filters, I use opti lube xdp in my fuel with ford fuel filters. Changed my transmission fluid ever 75k, I use Schaffers ATF with ford filter. Change my oil every 7k I screw on a new filter at 3500 and add 3 quarts of oil in between services. It gets worked hard. Have a 14 also with 137354 miles that gets the same treatment. No issues period. I had a OA on the 13 in Feb. 2015 and it came back normal according to them and the comparison to the oa in 2014. We generally pull around 11500 to 17500. Got a few buddys with dodges that service with the same stuff as we do and they aren't having any issues either. Seems like there's a bunch of gm owners logging in to this site and creating fake problems to get guys all worried about there trucks. I have owned them all and as far as milage, power, reliabilty, these ford 6.7's are getting it done. I have been a HD diesel mechanic for 27 yrs. Slash hotshot o/o. Service is the key. These engines were made to be worked not getting groceries IMO. My 2013 has had zero issues. No turbo issues tranny issues or any of that bull**** that the fake account gm owners on here keep spewing. I'm sure some are real but they all have problems. I have had less with this new 6.7 PSD. Than I had with my others in my line of work, that all u know.

Almost ready to turn 1000.....had it 2 weeks, last truck I had 8 years and put on 88K but rode the Goldwing and drove the Jeep a lot of the time, medical issues will see me driving this truck more.
