Hi all
I would like to order some parts for my 67 from motorhaven but am worried about the cost of shipping and boarder fees .
Has anyone ordered from them and what did shipping cost.
I would like to order a pair of front cab mounts ,floor boards,
a pair cab corners and a pair of lower door panels.
All parts combined weigh 50 pounds .
Do they calculate freight by weight or size.
any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

It's best if they are sent through the mail.

Never have anything sent to you via UPS,they have an exorbant handling fee.
Expect to pay GST on the Canadian Amount.

Ken will give you the best price of anyone,especially if you are a Club FTE member.

Calculation of freight.

They use a size / density table.

You pay on the average weight of the dimensions of the package.

IOW, a package that is 48" x 24" x 12" should weigh 50 lbs.
If your package only weighs 10Lbs, you still pay as if it was 50 lbs.

Just go to the UPS or USPS web sites and do a test calculation :)

Canada post only works toward the states..... not from the states.

Pricing will be different because the shipper uses USD currency.

Go to the USPS site & compare with the UPS site.

It looks like they have some of those parts in Edmonton, even.
