I think they are grayed out because they are full. There are a few dates that are black in July 2017 that you can complete a reservation but not very many.

Negative. They are greyed out because you can't book over a year in advance. It's currently July 11th and the furthest out they are taking online reservations is July 11th 2017.

Just looked at campground web site. They have rally rates and pkgs. click on the rally and it will ask for dates , number of rigs, host etc.
