Engine running rough

Have 03' hd. Now has about 6500 miles. At about 4500 miles a severe fouling plugs/ not getting fuel problem started. Though we had got some bad gas, but have run 2000 miles and no change. It starts at 1200 rpm and stops at 2100 rpm no matter what speed I run. The local dealer has ran all the test.keep it 3 days and drove it but tell me I don't have a problem. Finally about 4 days ago the " check engine soon" lite came on for a day & ahalf and went off. Has anyone seen this or know what it may be??? I hate dealing with dealerships especially ones that do not cater to the more hih tech engines.Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rudy 03'HD , 2000 EXP. , 96' Cobra , 200 ZX-9R

I have a 00 Lightning. The truck was running fine and then all of a sudden it would lose power, bog down and the truck would shake. I changed the fuel filter and it ran the same. Brought it to the dealership where they told me it was a transmission problem and they kept it for 3 days. Well one of the coil plugs were shot so it was only firing 7 cylinders. They replaced that and everything is great now. Not sure if this is your problem but something to look at.
