Please Help! 2004 f150 heritage wont start
 

After work one day my truck wouldn't start. It cranks but doesn't start. I changed the cam, crank sensors. New fuel pump and filter, new pcm (pre programmed). Before I put a new pcm in, the odometer displayed ------- so now after the new pcm it shows the correct mileage. My obdII won't connect to the truck with the original cluster. But if a swap it out with a cluster I got at a salvage yard it will connect but has no codes. The Theft light flashes with both clusters (and with the old pcm) but if it was an anti theft shouldn't there be a code? I have tried both keys. And the ford garage said they can't connect to the modules so that's why I changed the pcm. I'm trying to make sure its not something else before I take the truck back to them to see if they can connect with the new pcm. I've been messing with the truck for months!
Any help would be great! :'(

You've opened up a can of worms that only the Dealer can put back together. It will never start with the Theft Light flashing, and only a Dealer/Pro scanner tool can get the Cluster to talk to the new PCM and get it set up right..............
