Maintenance 2001 super duty
 

Hey y'all just had a question here. I am doing some maintenece in my '01 F-250. It has 240k miles on it but is in great shape and runs like a gazelle. I change oil every 5,000 mi. A just changed rear diff and trans fluid at 200,000 mi. Greased all the points I could find. Is there anything else you guys would reccomend doing?

There's quite a few things to check to keep it running like a champ.

Spark plugs/wires

Air filter

Fuel filter

Inspect belts and replace as needed.

Brakes

Tire rods ECT.

List goes on! Awesome having a vehicle running strong at 240k miles.

Thanks for the help! I knew there was a bunch more just couldn't think of it off the top of my head. Replaced all brake shoes and one caliper less than 1000 mi ago. Blew out air filter. Over the past year I have been replaceing coils and plugs as they go out. What exactly would I need to do to the tie rods?

240 K miles!sounds like it's been well maintained.
