Parking Light on 1AAuto '08 lights.
 

Purchased a set of the lights with the chrome and ptm caps. They installed great without the need for the adapters. Whole process took about 5 minutes per mirror. They work great for heat and the turn signals but I've noticed I never see the lower bulb go on which apparently it should when I have my headlights or parking lights on.

Anyone point me in the right direction to get this fixed? Thanks!

Did you check out the write up in the tech folder, Jeremy? You'll need to add the running light circuit to the new mirrors. It can be tapped from the harness as shown, or the HL switch itself.

The rest is cake too. Fishing through the dash, and door boots isn't hard. Tap the brown wire on the HL switch after verifying it's correct with a test light. My memory is a bit fuzzy. I did this swap with OEM mirrors on my buddies truck. That was back in January, 2008. He wanted them for Feb dyno day. More horshpower.
