Which would be more beneficial?

Just letting ya know I'm ignoring this thread.

351Cleveland C4 08-03-2014 10:55 PM

In that case I'll pay attention to it. Ya never know what can happen to a unsupervised thread. Haha

trozei 08-03-2014 11:26 PM

Oh my. What have I started?

351Cleveland C4 08-03-2014 11:28 PM

Something with endless possibility, a blank canvas, an open thread with no apparent direction... The most dangerous kind on FTE.

blue04.5 08-03-2014 11:41 PM

Ive seen something like this before, in another time and another place.

I recall that one. It was NW150's 'Ignore the post' that went viral with something like 200 posts before the mods got wind of some borderline pics.... ... back to ignoring this one.

See what I mean? This has potential to get out of hand and rack up hundreds of pointless posts... Oh well, here's one more. Hahaha

blue04.5 08-04-2014 12:21 AM

I know not what you speak of HIO.....:D

Gembone 08-04-2014 01:36 AM

but it can't have that part, it's not in the catalog!

May as well join in on the fun of ignoring this post. What's everyone been up to? I just got back from a road trip with the girlfriend. We drove a few hundred miles to go pick up the same Kawasaki my dad bought back in the seventies.

How about I break the ice?

paint schemes almost match. Nice

trozei 08-04-2014 02:33 AM

Mine's getting a repaint. Expect a build thread soon. ;)

rockittsled 08-04-2014 03:58 AM

While ignoring this, nice :-jammin

Rogue_Wulff 08-04-2014 07:56 AM

Nice truck, nice bike, and nice looking gal. Talk about turning a triple into a home run........

rews2 08-04-2014 10:37 AM

I remember those old KZ's had a lot of power and needed more brake to slow it down as I remember. Nice bike. Anybody remember the old yamaha RD400? Torquey 2 strokes.

351Cleveland C4 08-04-2014 11:14 AM

Dang tro, that's a good lookin' picture all the way around.... Haha

I ain't been doing much. Truck is running good so I've just been driving it. School starts on the 19th for me so I'm kinda getting ready for that.

MIKES 68 F100 08-04-2014 12:39 PM

Nice clean old Kawi goes well with your truck

The trouble with trouble is, it starts out as fun...

My three favourite toys. I cannot complain.

I have a double front brake system I need to bolt onto the Kawi. This one is a 1978 KZ1000. Top speed of 130mph I think, which was huge for the time.

I have to wait until December of 2015 until a class opens up. I'm trying to phone up my uncle to see if he'll take me on his logging company while I wait.

There was a whole lot of rubber necking going on when I had that thing in the back.

Actually, what's gotten me into trouble the most is my dirtbike. Before I had a truck, I'd ride it on the street. Four times within two months I encountered police on my way to trails. I've now customized the crap out of it so I refuse to ever ride it on the road again as it is one of the most identifiable bikes in town right now.

I've been customizing toys for as long as I could afford them. Here was my old bike I did a few years ago.

I'm excited to get at my truck. I've been accumulating parts for it. Tear down begins on the weekend.

351Cleveland C4 08-05-2014 06:51 PM

Shoot, I'm taking mine apart this weekend too. Swapping in my new tranny. Hopefully it won't be too hard. I think the only problem might be the driveshaft length.

trozei 08-05-2014 06:59 PM

$100 and you can have the driveshaft shortened, not a big deal.

351Cleveland C4 08-05-2014 07:09 PM

Yea I know. I can even do it myself. I built the driveshaft in our 67 galaxy.

gangstakr 08-05-2014 07:28 PM

What were we talking about?

Last I remember there were three toys, now I'm here, what give's?

351Cleveland C4 08-05-2014 07:46 PM

We took a left back there. Were headed this way now.

trozei 08-05-2014 11:12 PM

I knew I should've taken a right at Albuquerque...

gangstakr 08-06-2014 07:10 AM

Ok, I'm trying to catch up to you guys, I'm here,
https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...id=258952&.jpg
which way do I go now?

351Cleveland C4 08-06-2014 09:34 AM

go straight , left, then right.

trozei 08-06-2014 11:13 AM

I need to turn left, right?

Gembone 08-06-2014 11:36 AM

We are over yonder. Just a smite bit to left o'er der. Go past the third pine on the right and make a left.

351Cleveland C4 08-06-2014 11:43 AM

Hang on, I could pull a U and be going your way again, right? Or are we only 90* off?

Funny thing is that I understand these instructions.

Gembone 08-06-2014 11:48 AM

Those are the directions I grew up on. Just a misplaced country boy that wandered to far and ended up in the dessert.

gangstakr 08-06-2014 07:10 PM

Ok I've been following y'alls directions. So I am here now.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...id=258953&.jpg

I think I'll just go this way.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/user_gal...id=258954&.jpg

351Cleveland C4 08-06-2014 07:17 PM

Yep, that's the right way. See you in a bit. Haha.

I just was out adjusting my steering box. Got most of the slop out of the steering. Still some left, but a lot better than it used to be.

HIO Silver 08-06-2014 07:17 PM

Right here, right now....Which would be more beneficial?

A 12-pack of your favourite (this is after all a Canadian's thread) adult beverage?

OR;

$100 cash (USD)?

If it were me, $100 would help more.

Random Thought

When I buy my next toy, I'm gonna pull out rolls of $100 bills and pay it off in cold hard cash.

And as I am counting out the bills, there will be a white powdery residue drizzling from the wad and I'll say to the seller, "Don't lick your fingers OK? Your whole head will go numb."

It should be a hoot. :-X04
