I remember those old KZ's had a lot of power and needed more brake to slow it down as I remember. Nice bike. Anybody remember the old yamaha RD400? Torquey 2 strokes.

Dang tro, that's a good lookin' picture all the way around.... Haha

I ain't been doing much. Truck is running good so I've just been driving it. School starts on the 19th for me so I'm kinda getting ready for that.

I have a double front brake system I need to bolt onto the Kawi. This one is a 1978 KZ1000. Top speed of 130mph I think, which was huge for the time.

I have to wait until December of 2015 until a class opens up. I'm trying to phone up my uncle to see if he'll take me on his logging company while I wait.

There was a whole lot of rubber necking going on when I had that thing in the back.

Actually, what's gotten me into trouble the most is my dirtbike. Before I had a truck, I'd ride it on the street. Four times within two months I encountered police on my way to trails. I've now customized the crap out of it so I refuse to ever ride it on the road again as it is one of the most identifiable bikes in town right now.

I've been customizing toys for as long as I could afford them. Here was my old bike I did a few years ago.

I'm excited to get at my truck. I've been accumulating parts for it. Tear down begins on the weekend.

351Cleveland C4 08-05-2014 06:51 PM

Shoot, I'm taking mine apart this weekend too. Swapping in my new tranny. Hopefully it won't be too hard. I think the only problem might be the driveshaft length.

trozei 08-05-2014 06:59 PM

$100 and you can have the driveshaft shortened, not a big deal.

351Cleveland C4 08-05-2014 07:09 PM

Yea I know. I can even do it myself. I built the driveshaft in our 67 galaxy.

gangstakr 08-05-2014 07:28 PM

What were we talking about?

Last I remember there were three toys, now I'm here, what give's?

351Cleveland C4 08-05-2014 07:46 PM

We took a left back there. Were headed this way now.

trozei 08-05-2014 11:12 PM
