"Thank you. Now the gauge sat steady at 35 PSI while you were testing this sensor the whole time? 1.43 V is what you would generally see at a set pressure of about 35 psi, again those values appear to be just fine. I was looking mainly to see when this does bounce around and not steadily read, what the voltage would actually show because this will better help us determine what could be at fault. This vehicle should be putting out around 50-60 psi at idle and 35 psi does seem to be a little bit low but the voltage values you provided are what 35 PSI would show."

not the answer i was looking forward to reading... wrote them back asking how to check the voltage to the sensor. did get an answer.. will have to check it when i get home...

Howdy folks.

Sounds like it might be a lift pump going out. Is that covered by your warranty? Might be time to add a FASS or airdog.

should be but dunno...

lol been looking at them during lunch... some of the Airdog system just seem to be an assisting system like a prefilter before the lift pump.. others seem to replace the pump all together...

The airdog pulls all the air out of the fuel so it provides higher pressure. The others take over for the factory pump.
