Rich, ill toss a few prayers up for you. Not a vacation destination for sure. Hurry up and get back and of course stay safe!

I'm going to have my son clean and detail the inside of Red today. I like clean interiors. After I pulled Bandit on the trailer with Ol Red in A mudbath...it just hasn't been the same!

May get to get some epoxy primer for Ol Red today....might blast some/all of him soon. I'm excited about just stopping the paint decay on him.

Rich, your missed back here, stay safe!

Good morning all, safe travels Rich. Not much to type about here, work is busy and shop is busier. Alan, I sure hope the Acura cooperates with you and your back does the same, good luck man.

Rich! Good to hear you're doing ok. (as well as can be expected) Hurry home and stay safe over there.

Chip. Thanks. It was SO dead that the radio lost it's coding. Now I have to take the radio out of the dash and call the dealer to re-code it. It (the battery) went from "fine" to "f@#ked" in 8 miles.

Ya know, someday's you just have to like a car dealer. Looking for a new vehicle for the wife, looking at either a Ford Flex or Explorer (need to be able to fit the 5 of us and some gear, so need the third row seat). Looking around the 2012-13 range, we took a 2013 Flex with 10k miles for the weekend and loved the way it rode, put about 300 miles on it. Today she goes in to swap it out for the Explorer, they gave her a brand new fresh of the truck 2015 with all the bells and whistles, hasn't even had the dealer prep done to it. I called and told the guy that I was planning on putting a few hundred miles on it over the next couple of days and he tells me that's OK.

That's a cool deal, Elemak.

I got the Acura breathing again. I still have to call the dealer with serial number to the radio so I can get that working again. :(

RC, the truck is looking great!

I got the Acura running again, but Tiff won't have a stereo until I get the code from the dealer tomorrow.

I also sold a set of roller wheels and tires for $50. (what I paid for them), so I had a few bucks in my pocket.

RC, that ol' bump is looking SWEET:-X22
Rich like everybody else that knows you has said, be safe, and return home as fast as you can.
I finally met with the homeowner yesterday and we got the lease signed on the house, so it's a done deal now:)
They have some more painting to do inside, then professionally cleaned, and we'll be able to start taking some box's and small stuff over and get a little head start on the move in.
All of your projects are looking great, man I'm dying for something to play with. It's been almost two years since we left home, all of our friends and family, and just setting in the house really sucks.

Y'all be good
Unk Bob:-wink

cyclopsblown34 08-12-2014 07:51 AM

All the work looks great, the dash pad for some reason really sticks out for some reason.

whiskey runner 08-12-2014 08:04 AM
