NAVAL AVIATION Corrosion Control manual set- FREE DOWNLOAD

Consider this your tax dollars at work!

~ you can download the complete and entire NAVAL AVIATION CORROSION MANUAL SET for free, in PDF format, and even burn the whole series to a disc if you don't want to keep them on your computer. Here are the download links:

NAVAIR 01-1A-509-1 (VOLUME 1)
NAVAIR 01-1A-509-2 REV. 2005 (VOLUME 2)
NAVAIR 01-1A-509-3 REV. 2005 (VOLUME 3)
NAVAIR 01-1A-509-4 (VOLUME 4)
NAVAIR 01-1A-509-5 REV. 2005 (VOLUME 5)

For volume IV I had to go to a different source and it opens immediately, but that's all five of those.
* Volumes four and five are kind of useless. It's a list of materials with Military and National Stock numbers, but the descriptions apply to stuff we can get retail or commercially.

Stand by one... OTAY.

NA 16-1-540 was revised in 2000, and is sometimes listed as NAVAIR-TM-16-1-540.

NAVAIR 16-1-540 REV. 2000

~That gives you everything a fine young NAVY Tech is taught about Corrosion Control. The school for those manuals is a week long...

And you can't beat the price. :-X22
Merry Corroded Christmas!!! :-X04

Thanks Wolfie. :)

Haven't had a chance to read it all yet but I do like the price.

~ If you ever wanted to know what made it (corrosion) happen - it is in there.

A car or a truck, you figure a few thousand dollars.

Military high performance aircraft?

It isn't several thousands per copy - an F-14 Tomcat was about 35 million.

When you have to keep that going strong, keeping it from turning to (oxides) is a responsibility that can't be ignored.

That is why those books were commissioned
We can benefit from that....
