83 F150's new home

I finally was able to buy the 83 f150 that I posted a while back. I made the guy an offer and now its in front of the garage. I posted a few pictures showing the cab which only has a small rusty area below the rear window. The floor is very solid no rust. Another rusty area above the right rear wheel, and the bed needs a little work from all the leaves that has been in it for years. The tailgate has a small dent in it but can be fix. The truck has 78,000 miles on it and the last time it was on the road was 12 of 2000. That the same month when I was born. Looks like I have enough to keep me busy until school starts back.

Sweet truck man! Do you have any specific plans for it? What does it have for a motor?

I don't want to be a downer on you, BUT that rear window shot shows an old bog over rust repair, so I would be concerned that there may be a lot of other bogged over rust in that cab.

But it's all good practice in fixing her up :-X22
