A/C question
 

I'm having a problem with the A/C in my 2005. It started blowing warm air in normal mode. If I switch to recycled air it blows cold air. I found the compressor runs in recycle but turns off in the normal mode. hoping somebody had this problem before or has some idea why .

Probably will need to replace the head unit (the HVAC control unit in the dash).

Wire needs to be check, There might be some loose connection

There's no wire to check.

If the compressor works in the normal climate control modes but does not only in the MAX A/C mode, the only thing it can be is either the switch (if a manual control) or the EATC (if equipped) as 1saxman alluded to.
