Gauges issue H&S
 

I just had my mini maxx w/egr and dpf delete. My gauges on the truck now flash on and off and the info center gives error messages on braking system, hill decent and a few others I don't recall what they were. It doesn't always do it but it will do it for a day and then go for 2 days with out then start again. Nothing happens to my knowledge to make it start. I also had an auxiliary fuel tank installed (with up fitter switch 4) a few days before the H&S was but no issues until the H&S was installed.
My battery light is also on and the code is for bad generator but the output is 14.5 at idle and 14.4 with the lights on.

I have uninstalled it then reinstalled it, but I still have the same issue. Has anyone encountered this?

It is on a 2011 F350 6.7 powerstroke.
