Saturday afternoon.......Fixed a sliding screen door. The wheels on the bottom were broken. Couldn't find replacements. Had to make new ones out of some mild steel and little wheels for a different door. Such hard work....:-X04....I'm taking a break now.......:)

Morning Lanny! Spent too much of it working at the house, but at least the big projects are done, so I can get on with the truck! How was your weekend?

Howdy Pat! We had a new driveway done.. looks a lot better!! We watched it rain for two days, had the grandkids for a while, got up to my mom & dads plots and decorated real nice (plus old friends as well), and the rest of the time was great as well! I see you had plenty to do as well!

Had a nice day Friday at the zoo, weather was perfect, and it wasn't too crowded. Got to spend the time on Black yesterday, her interior was a mess!

did you do concrete or blacktop on the driveway?

We had them cover the old blacktop with tar and chip.. they also built a little approach to the new garage for me. I will post a pic here real quick.

We need to get our driveway redone. It's blacktop now. Not sure if I want to redo that, or tear it out, and put in concrete.

Our blacktop was pretty worn out.. it had more cracks than the Mustang Ranch! I got tired of filling them in every year, so now its totally covered. It sure is different with the pebble gravel on it, eventually it will smooth down to feel just like a highway road surface.
