Rocker panel, floor pan, cab mount replacement
 

I am new to body work and have a couple of questions. I have a '69 F100 Flareside. My rocker panels, floor pans, and front cab mounts all need replaced.
1. What order should I replace them in? I was thinking rockers, mounts, pans.
2. If I leave the cab attached to the frame when working on the rockers, should I still brace the cab? If so where? I assume in the door to keep the cab bottom from coming together.
Any information or pictures would be great.

I am welding my drivers side up right now.

I removed the floor pans and cab mount in one piece. Also replaced the driver side kick panel. When you cut it apart, you will see what is layered on top of what.

I am replacing in this order
Kick panel
Top front of rocker panel
Strip from rocker panel across kick panel and up to firewall (for floor support)
Floor board
Cab Mount

I am leaving the passenger floor and cab mount in until I get the drivers side done. That way, I can bolt up the passenger side mount and two rear cab mounts in order to place my drivers side cab mount in the correct position.

I was just wondering this same thing... Sometime this summer I'll be doing cab mounts, floor pans, inner and outer rockers, front door pillar, and even some pieces up beyond the floorpan/firewall flange.

I was going to do the same thing, just cut it all out, Jack it up level, and do one side at a time.

Any reason not to do it this way?

Btw, I'm working on a 1975 F100 4x4.
