I do all of my own stunts...so to me it's a weekend conversion. I remember all the "fun" I had installing the RoushCharger on my 5.4 3v...miss that truck!

For the 2V 5.4L engines, it's a little more than just slapping a S/C on the engine. Some of the necessary items are no longer available, so a person would have to overcome that hurdle too.
I'm not saying it can't be done, it's just since the tech is old (the last Lightnings were made 10 years ago), it would be a challenge. Stewart |
Since your keeping the Excursion and going to be using it to work the gears and a truetrac or locker in the rear are a great plan. Do you have an aftermarket y pipe?
