Good morning and have a tasty beverage on this thirsty Thursday PA Scott Kathy and Bill

Morning folks. Time to get it going again.

67nukeford 04-03-2014 07:17 AM

Good morning Pennsylvania! Soggy one for us today, but we need the rain.

liftnw8z 04-03-2014 07:22 AM

Morning Pat. Looks like the next 48 hours will be that way here.

67nukeford 04-03-2014 07:23 AM

Morning Bill. Same here. Supposed to stay rain, with snow up north. Hopefully it stays that way. Looks to be decent for the weekend.

liftnw8z 04-03-2014 07:30 AM

By Saturday it's to improve. Hope so, as I need to get all the stone out of my yard and stuff like that.

67nukeford 04-03-2014 07:32 AM

Stone? From what?

liftnw8z 04-03-2014 07:37 AM

The township's anti-skid of choice. The yard along the curb has about a ton of stone in it. I need to get one of those power brooms to get rid of it lol

Ah, now I see. What a pain in the ass.

liftnw8z 04-03-2014 08:04 AM

Yeah it sucks. I'm the last in the hood to clean it up too lol

67nukeford 04-03-2014 08:07 AM

I wouldn't do it until sometime in the middle of this month, since it can still snow again!

liftnw8z 04-03-2014 08:12 AM

Yeah I am holding out a little longer. Won't take long, especially if I get a power broom.

67nukeford 04-03-2014 08:57 AM

I take it you guys don't have raised curbs along your streets?

liftnw8z 04-03-2014 09:14 AM

Depends where you are. In my area, it's just rolled blacktop, but some are regular 6" concrete curb and others nothing.

67nukeford 04-03-2014 09:17 AM

We have the same here, just blacktop. But, they don't put down sand in our neighborhood, they use that salt-brine crap.
