Another 2 examples of why I like my gasser

At work today... This was like watching dumb and dumber. The white 6.0 dually on the left was not starting, would start but then choke on itself. (Injectors maybe?) the one on the right was on and trying to help the other, but was smoking and idling very rough.

I have seen several diesels broken down on the side of the road lately with guys working under the hood.

Cool Pic. :-X0A6 Did those boys get pissed off with you taking a pic with the gasser sitting in the foreground?:D

King Rex 03-21-2014 07:47 AM

Not really.. They were well aware of the common diesel failures and just kind of accepted it. The dually had 4 big oak trees on the trailer, luckily for them, they were planting them at the home in front of them.

King Rex, does the bull bar render the chrome tow loops useless or can you still get at them with tow straps if needed? Awesome look!

King Rex 04-04-2014 11:09 AM

No, not useless. BUT, it may rub your strap / chain depending on what you are doing with them and the angle it is pulling. I still have full access though.
