Oil in coolant

2003 f250 6.0 of course. I have oil in the coolant in reservoir however no coolant in the oil I am assuming that would be standard as the oils pressure is higher than the Coolant pressure. I am not losing any oil from the engine or at least if so it is so minimal that I haven't been able to tell it. I bought the truck and it had 120,000 miles on it. It has had some work done at the dealership earlier in its life. Just wondering if a coolant flush would be my best bet to do first to see if maybe it is still dirty from previous problems. Keep in mind I am not sure if the oil cooler ever been changed just the fact that I am not currently losing oil and the oil is not milky I am hoping it's not as bad as it seems.

Any information that any of you could give me would be great.

Thanks

I work at a CAT dealership. We use Calgon to flush oil from the coolant systems. Works well but it all needs to be flushed out afterwards
