Help with Signature
 

Can someone please explain how to put the Fuelly banner in my signature??????

Not really familar with the "Fuelly Banner", but it could be that the site does not recognize the code. I did find this from a google search, but I am sure you already knew that.:)

How to get the banner into your signature

From your Fuelly Profile go to the Vehicle Profile

Down the bottom left you will see your Fuelly Badge, click on it You will see in the banner image boxes with some code,in that code will be the digit number (squirriles is 20869)

Paste the following code [fuelly=uk]00000[/fuelly] into your FF signature (where 00000 is your vehicle's code number)

Use 'fuellys' rather than 'fuelly' in the above code if you want the small banner

Should look like something above without the ! marks by substituting [ or ] for the !

I've got the small Fuelly banner to work. But I still can't get the large banner to work. I keep getting an "Invalid URL" error message. I have seen other signatures with the large Fuelly banner. What am I missing?

Should not be a URL.

You need the IMG CODE

OK...This is what I copied from Fuelly and pasted in the Upload Signature Picture Option 1 box "http://badges.fuelly.com/images/sig-us/247195.png".

And this is what I get when I click the Upload button

I did notice that the Fuelly large banner is 500 x 68 pixels and the max size for a custom picture 450 x 150 pixels. Could this be the problem? And how are other members able to get the large banner in their signature?

Copy and paste the IMG code not the URL! You DO NOT UPLOAD!

First I want to thank you glruff for your help. I copied the IMG code ?(iMG]http://badges.fuelly.com/images/sig-us/247195.png[/IMG) to my sigy under my name and this is the result.

This does not work in the main signature box, only in the thread box.

Sorry but system doesn't appear to allow bbcode images. Let me see if an admin can find an answer.
