Restored Salvage title
 

I am getting ready to move back to MD and may buy a truck with a "Restored Salvage" title, from AZ. Before I jump head first into this truck... Does anyone have any experience in MD with this. What kind of hoops will I have to jump through if any? Price is right and it was a stolen vehicle not a wrecked salvage.

I am leary, but like I said the price seems right... I know insurance can be a issue but I only plan on having liability, so i think that will work out.

Just to make things easier here, I would probably tittle and tag the truck in your name out there.
Then when you get here, take the tittle in your name, the tags and registration to the MVA and transfer it to a Md tittle and tags

Good idea. I will be driving it back so I would probably have to do that anyway. Tags are cheap here and zero inspections so it won't take much to do

You will have to have it inspected here, so if it needs anything , you will have to make the repairs.
